Competitive platform-fighter players from Indiana and other states are preparing to travel to Marion for IWU WildClash 2026 Powered by Odyssey Esports.
The tournament takes place August 1 at the Barnes Student Center on Indiana Wesleyan University’s campus. It will feature Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Rivals of Aether II, and an Ultimate ladder.
Odyssey Esports is promoting WildClash as Indiana’s largest Smash event of the summer. The organizer has highlighted several competitors already planning to attend, including Soul from Kentucky, Dr. Kirb from Ohio, Indiana player BBBeans!, and Osh9 from Florida. Odyssey identifies Soul and Dr. Kirb as the top-ranked players in their respective states.
That should give Indiana players an opportunity to compete against strong opponents from outside the state without traveling to a national event.
